Hotel Reservation Information
- Please note that we have limited dining hours during the months of January, February & March. Contact the Front Desk at 732-449-7700 for information on days and hours of operation.
- If your selected date is not available, there may be a minimum length of stay requirement. Please try another date, increase your length of stay or contact Reservations directly at 732-449-7700 to check our most up to date availability.
- Reservations must indicate accurate number of guests in room.
- Check-In Time: 3:00pm / Check-Out Time: 11:00am
- Special requests including specific room requests, early check-in and late check-out are not guaranteed. Every effort will be made to accommodate special requests.
- Any balance is due upon arrival and a valid credit card is required upon check-in. We accept American Express, Visa and Master Card.
- Guests must be 21 years of age to reserve a hotel room. Valid identification is required at check-in.
- An individual guest may book a maximum of 5 rooms. For more than 5 rooms contact Reservations directly at 732-449-7700.
- Although we do not offer a parking lot, ample street parking is available at no cost. Spring Lake has a township ordinance concerning overnight parking. Overnight parking is permitted only on the east side of Ocean Avenue, diagonally facing the ocean between the hours of 3am and 6am.
- No view rooms overlook the back of the building or bushes that obstruct the window.
- Room categories with a whirlpool shower combination measure approximately 20 inches in height.
- We do not accept pets. If you have a service animal, please contact the Front Desk at 732-449-7700.
- Guests may cancel a reservation until 14 days prior to arrival. After that time guests are responsible for all nights reserved regardless of guest’s actual arrival or departure date. Advance payments will be refunded if the Breakers on the Ocean is notified more than 14 days prior to reservation arrival date minus a $40.00 fee. We are a small property and last-minute cancellations affect us significantly. We adhere to a strict cancellation policy and recommend travel insurance for any unforeseen circumstances that may require last-minute cancellations.
