Advance Payment
  • January and February reservations are guaranteed with a credit card.
  • March, April, October, November and December Reservations: Friday and Saturday reservations require a one night advance payment plus applicable tax.
  • May, June and September reservations require a one night advance payment plus applicable tax.
  • July and August reservations for one night require a one night advance payment plus applicable tax. Reservations for two or more nights require a minimum advance payment of two nights plus applicable tax.
  • Balance of stay is due upon arrival. (A valid credit card and identification are required upon check-in.)
  • Memorial Day Weekend, Fourth of July and Labor Day Weekend require pre-payment in full.
Cancellation / Early Departure Policy

You may cancel your reservation until 14 days prior to arrival.  After that time guests are responsible for all nights reserved regardless of guest’s actual arrival or departure date.  Advance payments will be refunded if the Breakers on the Ocean is notified more than 14 days prior to reservation arrival date minus a $40.00 fee.  We are a small property and last minute cancellations affect us significantly.  We adhere to a strict cancellation policy and recommend travel insurance for any unforeseen circumstances that may require last minute cancellations.
